Cost of Services
We accept private pay and are in-network with a limited amount of health insurances. We also accept out-of-network benefits. Please feel free to call or email us with questions about our rates or the insurances we accept. New intake and follow up appointments can be booked through our secure online portal by clicking here.
Insurance
In-Network
We are in-network with most all Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, Optum, United Healthcare (including student health insurance plans), Neighborhood Health Plan (NHP), Harvard Pilgrim, Aetna, and Medicare.
Out of Network
Some insurances carry out of network coverage for psychotherapy services, which means you would be responsible for payment of services and then get reimbursed by your insurance company. If you have these benefits, at your request, we will provide you with an invoice, called a super bill, containing all of the information the insurance company will need in order to reimburse you, and then you will need to provide that invoice to your insurance company.
Access to Services
At ARISE, we are committed to doing our part in making services accessible to individuals with financial barriers to treatment. All counselors and psychotherapists struggle with how best to provide reduced cost and sliding scale services to as many individuals as possible, while still being able to maintain the cost of providing services in order to stay in business. As such, we have allotted certain weekly slots to those with financial barriers, which we hope will only continue to increase in number over time.
ARISE is proud to offer our reduced cost services through our membership in a tremendous initiative called Open Path Psychotherapy Collectives. If you are interested in our reduced cost services, please click here.
